To the best of the seller's knowledge, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. A one year after sale Replacement Guarantee is given for any condition that caused your puppy to expire, which dates from the prenatal stage only. A notarized Veterinarian report with findings stating, to a medical certainty (Full Autopsy), that the death was definitely caused from the prenatal state will be required by a licensed Veterinarian. Out of state buyers must send the notarized Vet's report by registered mail along with all of the puppy's medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. Guarantee will only consist of a replacement puppy of the same gender from the next available litter.

This warranty does not cover diseases for which vaccinations could prevent. Puppy needs to be seen by a veterinarian within 48 hours of receipt for guarantee to be valid. Documentation will need to be provided.

Replacement Guarantee will be terminated if puppy was abused and/or neglected or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records. Umbilical and inguinal hernias are a common trait in this breed and is NOT covered by any guarantee from us, the seller.

This guarantee does NOT include coccidia, giardia and kennel cough which is usually caused by bacteria and is common in puppies that are shipped. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold must run its course. Full recovery is expected and on its own, kennel cough is not life-threatening. This guarantee does not cover what in this breed is considered normal which includes but is not limited to: cherry eye, stenotic nares, under bite, and both inguinal and umbilical hernias. Seller assumes no liability for intestinal viruses, parasites (internal or external) or bacterias after puppy leaves seller. There is no Replacement Guarantee for adult dogs over one year of age.

The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or Replacement Warranty. The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.

The seller does not guarantee the continued coat color or eye color of a puppy. The undercoat is typically lighter than the original puppy color. The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller's experience and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size or conformance to breed standards.

Guarantee only applies to the original buyer ONLY, and is not transferable if puppy is resold.
